Fordham - Managing Director
David has many years experience in warehousing and carrier management and, achieves excellent efficiency levels for Realtalk clients. He also has responsibility for IT and Finance. He has over 20 years experience in senior financial and operational positions in the retail and print industry, with blue-chip names including Lands End and MGN.

Goodall - Call Centre Manager
Andrea has an excellent knowledge of telephone systems, and her industry contacts have helped many of our clients save money and improve other areas of their business. She has held key roles in the call centre industry for 11 years, dealing with both inbound and outbound campaigns for many different sectors.

Greenwood - IT Manager
Steve provides reporting and IT support for Realtalk clients with the philosophy that the IT should be led by the business, not the other way round. His in-depth understanding comes from having written financial database systems himself, and his extensive IT background covers clients from small IT suppliers to large multi-nationals.
